Patch‑Based ICP Deformation Analysis for Multi‑Epoch Terrestrial Laser Scans

Patch-based deformation monitoring workflow for multi-epoch TLS point clouds. Extract high‑quality patches using EGI / normal‑histogram criteria, then apply ICP with Monte Carlo perturbation testing to estimate robust 3D deformation vectors.
